Sellers must make the item easy to inspect and safe to move.

Self pickup and handover

Use common-sense local handover habits.

Delivery safety

Bulky delivery needs precise access details.

Disputes and refunds

Open a dispute quickly if something materially differs from the confirmed listing.

Immediate risk

If there is danger, suspected crime, harassment, or a personal safety issue, contact the appropriate Singapore authorities first, then notify ClearLah with the order or listing ID.
