ClearLah focuses on Singapore move-out furniture, appliances, work setups, and home goods that
can be described clearly, inspected honestly, and moved safely.
Accepted items
- Furniture such as sofas, tables, chairs, wardrobes, shelves, bed frames, and storage units.
- Appliances with clear photos, working proof, model details, and visible safety condition.
- Work setup items such as desks, office chairs, monitors, lamps, and shelving.
- Baby and kids furniture only when clean, complete, non-recalled, and not safety-critical.
Required listing evidence
- Current cover photo plus enough angles to show condition, size, and defects.
- Measurements, brand/model where useful, move-out date, pickup window, and area.
- Condo/HDB/landed access details, lift/stair notes, loading bay constraints, and dismantling needs.
- Working video or proof for appliances, electronics, powered furniture, and high-value items.
Items we reject
- Weapons, airsoft guns, stun devices, pepper spray, explosives, or similar controlled items.
- Medicines, supplements, health products, medical devices, vaping products, tobacco, or alcohol.
- Counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, illegally imported, locked, stolen, or unverified branded goods.
- Mattresses or upholstered items with suspected bed bugs, mould, strong odour, or hygiene risk.
- Safety-critical baby or sports items such as car seats, helmets, restraints, and protective gear.
- Gas appliances, modified electrical items, badly damaged appliances, or items with exposed wiring.
Counterfeit or misleading listings
Branded, luxury, ticket, voucher, and high-value listings need honest photos, ownership
context, serial/model proof when available, and no replica or stolen-item signals. A low
price is not enough by itself, but suspicious pricing plus missing proof can trigger review.
Duplicate or spam listings
ClearLah may remove repeated listings, copied photos, irrelevant keywords, unavailable
inventory, link spam, or posts that keep buyers from understanding the real item and pickup
terms.
Condition grading
- New means unused or sealed, with proof if requested.
- Like new means minimal visible wear and complete parts.
- Good means normal secondhand wear with all defects disclosed.
- Fair means usable but visibly worn; price and description must match the condition.
Appliance and electronics rule
Appliances and electronics must be honestly represented. ClearLah may ask for a working
video, model label, plug condition, safety marking, and defect close-up. Items that appear
modified, overheated, recalled, damaged, or unsafe will be rejected.
Trust enforcement
ClearLah may pause, reject, remove, or escalate listings. Repeated misdescription,
prohibited items, fake photos, unavailable inventory, or dispute-causing behavior may
create seller penalties and payout holds.
When in doubt, ClearLah asks for more proof or rejects the item. The goal is a marketplace that
buyers, sellers, and delivery crew can operate without guesswork.
