ClearLah focuses on Singapore move-out furniture, appliances, work setups, and home goods that can be described clearly, inspected honestly, and moved safely.

Counterfeit or misleading listings

Branded, luxury, ticket, voucher, and high-value listings need honest photos, ownership context, serial/model proof when available, and no replica or stolen-item signals. A low price is not enough by itself, but suspicious pricing plus missing proof can trigger review.

Duplicate or spam listings

ClearLah may remove repeated listings, copied photos, irrelevant keywords, unavailable inventory, link spam, or posts that keep buyers from understanding the real item and pickup terms.

Condition grading

Appliance and electronics rule

Appliances and electronics must be honestly represented. ClearLah may ask for a working video, model label, plug condition, safety marking, and defect close-up. Items that appear modified, overheated, recalled, damaged, or unsafe will be rejected.

Trust enforcement

ClearLah may pause, reject, remove, or escalate listings. Repeated misdescription, prohibited items, fake photos, unavailable inventory, or dispute-causing behavior may create seller penalties and payout holds.

When in doubt, ClearLah asks for more proof or rejects the item. The goal is a marketplace that buyers, sellers, and delivery crew can operate without guesswork.
